Main Street Computers' Philosophy
It all started with
an idea. The idea was to give our families and neighbors a local
place where they could have their computer problems taken care
of. A place you could trust and not feel like you were just
another number.
Our goal since
2002 has been to treat our neighbors the way we would want to be
treated. We do that on a daily basis in three major ways:

Courteous Staff
The people that work at Main Street Computers are chosen based
on how they treat our neighbors. While they are experienced in
the latest technology and can answer any question, the emphasis
they put into their jobs is how they treat you. Computers will
come and go, but the way we interact with others can leave a
lasting impact.
2. Low,
Up-Front Pricing
You'll notice when you come into Main Street Computers that
all our prices are clearly listed for you to see. We take the
same approach on our website. We want you to know what to expect
and not become frustrated with a high price tag that comes out
of nowhere.
The second thing
you'll notice about our pricing is that we are substantially
lower then the "Big Box" stores. We're not here to take
advantage of you; we're here to help.
3. Quick
Turnaround
Typically if you bring your computer into a "Big Box" store
you will be picking your computer up a week to two weeks later.
It doesn't need to be that way. Our technicians will normally
complete a repair in two - three days.
